So I'm coming back to the design of the soldier now after having modeled the rest of the characters. I'm taking Justin's critique he made a while ago into consideration. He suggested to look into canine anatomy while canines 'stand'; the way that the torso is elongated, the way the waist is slimmed and the upper torso bulges. I attempted to incorporate that theme into some basic designs: under-layers that are worn beneath the armor. This was simply to get some ideas of how the armor might mold around the figure.
