Hey Tom - I got your email. I'm just wondering if you're worrying unnecessarily - as you appear to be making fine progress. In terms of extensions etc. the regs are pretty tight in regard to circumstances triggering one, and I'm not sure your situation is covered by the procedure. I've forwarded your email you to Alan as requested, but in the meantime, I suggest you look again at the submission criteria and ensure you've got it covered. I know you had some more elaborate 'bonus' ideas in your mind to complete, but I suggest you look at the 'must haves' and work to that criteria to the best of your ability.
True, the elaborate bonus ideas I'm not reconsidering since I'm being pressed for time. I looked over the criteria again and it doesn't seem like I have much left to do. I'm hoping to be done before the 31st so I have time to do the Maya tasks until the 8th, which just so happens to be my Birthday. Huzzah!
But yeah, I won't be doing that bonus comic-book-style animatic thing. It takes up too much precious time and is unnecessary. I think the film poster will do for now.
